FOCUS Connect is a not for profit organisation, NDIS provider, and approved My Aged Care provider that provides a wide range of essential services to support individuals and families in need of assistance. We offer programs that promote independence, well-being, and social connections within the community. Whether it's providing aged care services, delivering family support, or facilitating access to vital resources, FOCUS Connect is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our clients.
Aged care covers a range of services aimed at supporting elderly people in maintaining their health and wellbeing, enabling them to live independently either at home or in residential facilities. Aged care services are typically provided to older Australians who need assistance with daily activities due to age-related issues or health conditions.
CHSP offers entry-level support for those who require assistance in their homes, while HCP provides more comprehensive care tailored to individuals with higher needs. Both programs help maintain independence, but HCP allows more personalised care management.
FOCUS Connect provides a wide range of services through HCP, including domestic assistance, personal care, nursing, in-home respite care, public transport, and social support.
As part of our care management, we also provide coordinating care and services to help you achieve the goals outlined in your Care Plan. These services may include one-time and ongoing gardening services, home modification and maintenance, meal preparation, and allied health services. We also provide home care equipment and assist with health management aids, including personal alarms, blood sugar monitors, and compression garments.
FOCUS Connect provides a variety of services to support your independence at home, offering both practical assistance and social engagement. Our offerings include domestic assistance, personal care, in-home respire care, transportation, individual social support, and multicultural support groups tailored to your needs.

Absolutely. FOCUS Connect offers community programs for children that focus on enhancing parental engagement and child development. These include:
Targeted Early Intervention (TEI)
The TEI program provides vital support to vulnerable multicultural and CALD families with children aged 0-17. It aims to reduce the risk of children entering the child protection system by enhancing health and well-being through services such as family capacity building, parenting programs, and supported playgroups.
Home Interaction Parenting Program for Youngsters (HIPPY)
The Home Interaction Program for Parents and Youngsters (HIPPY) is a free two-year home-based program for preschool-aged children. HIPPY is designed to support the Australian school curriculum by using play-based activities integrated into daily routines, empowering parents to support their children's learning and development.
Start Strong Pathways (SSP)
The Start Strong multicultural program provides early literacy and numeracy support to families with children aged 0-3 years. It helps families access quality education, laying a strong foundation for children's future success in school and life.
Child and Parenting Program (CAPP)
The Child and Parenting Program (CAPP) helps families from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds with kids aged 0-17 years by providing early support and assistance. It combines supported playgroups with case management to deliver holistic support and resources for families.
Financial Support
We also offer essential supplies through Financial Emergency Relief (ER) and provide no-interest home loans (NILS) to support families in need.
