At FOCUS Connect, we are a not-for-profit charity and approved My Aged Care provider with a commitment to supporting the wellbeing of the elderly in South West Sydney. We offer in-home respite care services under the Home Care Package program to eligible recipients across the region, with the goal of making sure that both carers and those they care for receive the support they need.
In-home respite care provides temporary relief for regular carers, allowing them to take a much-needed break while ensuring their clients continue to receive quality care at home.
Our in-home respite care services are available to all eligible Home Care Package recipients in South West Sydney, including Campbelltown, Fairfield, Liverpool, Camden, Bankstown, Wollondilly, Parramatta, Blacktown, Penrith, and surrounding areas.
This service helps maintain the important care relationship between the carer and the person being cared for, providing peace of mind that proper care is delivered in familiar surroundings.
Whether it’s overnight or a few days, our compassionate team is ready to step in to provide personalised care that meets your specific needs. By choosing our respite care services, the carer and the person being cared for can enjoy a balanced approach to care, reducing stress and preventing caregiver burnout. This break allows carers to recharge, knowing that their client is in capable hands.
If you're eligible for HCP services, the cost of respite care will depend on your individual care needs and package level. Check out our Price Guide to learn more about pricing.

A key component of these reforms is the transition from the current Home Care Packages (HCP) and Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) to the new Support at Home scheme.
