As an approved My Aged Care provider and a not-for-profit based in Campbelltown, FOCUS Connect fosters meaningful connections through tailored CHSP Multicultural Social Support Groups. Each group is led by a trained worker fluent in the group's language, ensuring a vital link between participants and the services they receive.
Multicultural Social Support Groups
Enhance your emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being by joining a Multicultural Social Support Group. Across multiple locations in South west Sydney and led by trained workers fluent in the group's language, these groups provide a vital connection between participants and the services available to them.
Our dedicated staff also help break down barriers faced by seniors from non-English speaking backgrounds.
Social groups include:

Each program is tailored to the unique needs of participants, offering social interaction, mental stimulation, and physical activity in a safe environment. Groups also enjoy monthly outings to different locations, decided by the group.
Complimentary transportation is available for outings, with additional pick-up and drop-off options offered per the CHSP schedule of fees. Places are limited for all groups, and bookings are essential.
What Does It Cost?
If you're eligible for CHSP services in your home, you'll need to make a personal contribution. The Australian Government heavily subsidises our Commonwealth Home Support Programme, ensuring your fees remain affordable. Typically, you will contribute around $15 per each group attended. Plus, there are no exit fees or hidden charges under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme.
