Each program is tailored to the unique needs of participants, offering social interaction, mental stimulation, and physical activity in a safe environment. Groups also enjoy monthly outings to different locations, decided by the group.
Complimentary transportation is available for outings, with additional pick-up and drop-off options offered per the CHSP schedule of fees. Places are limited for all groups, and bookings are essential.
If you're eligible for CHSP services in your home, you'll need to make a personal contribution. The Australian Government heavily subsidises our Commonwealth Home Support Programme, ensuring your fees remain affordable. Typically, you will contribute around $15 per each group attended. Plus, there are no exit fees or hidden charges under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme.
