Our personal care services can include support with showering, bathing, dressing, and haircare, all aimed at maintaining hygiene and personal grooming.
Personal Care Support
FOCUS Connect’s Commonwealth Home Support Program provides essential assistance for those needing extra support to live independently in their own homes across South West Sydney, including Campbelltown, Fairfield, Liverpool, Camden, Bankstown, Wollondilly, Parramatta, Blacktown, Penrith, and surrounding areas.
Our personal care services are customised to meet the distinct health, safety, and well-being needs of each client. Our dedicated support workers are chosen for their compassionate and hands-on care.
Our personal care offerings may include:

✔ Assistance with dressing
✔ Grooming support, including hair washing, shaving, and nail clipping

Assistance with taking medication
What Does It Cost?
If you're eligible for CHSP services in your home, you'll need to make a personal contribution. The Australian Government heavily subsidises our Commonwealth Home Support Programme, ensuring your fees remain affordable. Typically, you will contribute around $15 per hour for personal care support. Plus, there are no exit fees or hidden charges under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme.
