FOCUS Connect is a not-for-profit charity and an approved My Aged Care provider. We offer specialised nursing services through the Home Care Package program. These services are available to eligible recipients in Sydney’s Northern Suburbs.
Nursing Services
Our nursing services provide professional care in the comfort of your own home. We are committed to meeting your health needs with compassion and expertise. This service is available to eligible Home Care Package recipients in Sydney’s Northern Suburbs, including Ryde, Hornsby, Epping, Pymble, Eastwood, and nearby areas.
Our qualified nurses assist with wound care, medication management, health assessments, and guidance on managing your wellbeing. We adapt our services to suit your individual requirements, ensuring you receive the support you need.
We focus on promoting recovery, preventing complications, and helping you maintain your health. With our nursing support, you can rely on quality care when and where you need it.
Our nursing services may include:
