As an approved My Aged Care provider, FOCUS Connect headquartered in Campbelltown is a not-for-profit charity committed to delivering personalised, tailored support to seniors in their homes and to feel socially included across South West Sydney and Northern Suburbs of Sydney.
About Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP)
The Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) offers basic home support for Australians over 65 (or 50 for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples) who wish to remain at home with additional help. This includes household tasks, personal care, respite, transport, and social connections. Government-subsidised, the services are available at a low cost. If your needs become more complex, you can be referred for a Home Care Package. Service providers work with them to maintain their independence and ensure they stay as healthy and well as possible. FOCUS Connect supports CHSP recipients across South West and Northern Sydney Suburbs.
FOCUS Connect offers CHSP-funded support including domestic assistance, in-home respite, transport, personal care and social support. CHSP services can be short-term, intermittent, or ongoing, depending on your needs.
