HCP Community Transport in South West Sydney
As a not-for-profit charity and an approved My Aged Care provider, FOCUS Connect is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors in South West Sydney. We offer community transport services under the Home Care Package program to eligible recipients who want to stay connected and active within their respective communities.
Community Transport
Our Community Transport Services are available to all eligible Home Care Package recipients in South West Sydney, including Campbelltown, Fairfield, Liverpool, Camden, Bankstown, Wollondilly, Parramatta, Blacktown, Penrith, and surrounding areas. This service helps you maintain your independence and stay engaged with your community by providing safe and reliable transport for essential activities.
Staying active and involved in the community is vital for both physical and mental well-being. With our community transport services, you can attend social events, visit friends and family, and participate in community activities without worrying about the challenges of driving or navigating public transport.
Our drivers are friendly and professional, so you know that you’ll be travelling in both comfort and safety. We can also arrange vehicles for those with disabilities or who require specialised equipment, making sure everyone’s needs are met.
We can provide transportation to and from:
