FOCUS Connect is a not-for-profit charity and an approved My Aged Care provider. We offer a variety of services under the Home Care Package program for eligible recipients in Sydney’s Northern Suburbs. Personal care is one of these services, helping seniors with essential daily living tasks.
Personal Care
As we age, maintaining hygiene and grooming becomes essential for overall health and wellbeing. FOCUS Connect offers personal care services to assist with everyday tasks, helping you live comfortably and independently at home.
Our services include support with showering, dressing, toileting, and managing medication. Our compassionate staff work with you to provide dignified and respectful care. We focus on your individual needs, promoting independence while ensuring your safety and comfort.
Personal care services are available to eligible Home Care Package recipients in Sydney’s Northern Suburbs. We proudly support communities in Ryde, Hornsby, Epping, Pymble, Eastwood, and nearby areas.
Our personal care offerings may include:

✔ Assistance with dressing
✔ Grooming support, including hair washing, shaving, and nail clipping

Assistance with taking medication
