FOCUS Connect is a dedicated not-for-profit charity and an approved My Aged Care provider, offering a range of services under the Home Care Package program to eligible recipients in South West Sydney. One of the HCP services we offer is personal care, a service designed to support the elderly with some of their most essential daily living tasks.
Personal Care
As we age, it becomes even more important to maintain our hygiene and grooming due to the essential role they both play in our overall health and wellbeing. At FOCUS Connect, our personal care services are here to help you with these everyday tasks so that you can continue to live comfortably and independently in your own home.
Whether you need assistance with showering, dressing, toileting, or managing medication, our compassionate staff is here to support you in a manner that is dignified and respectful. We tailor our services to your specific requirements and aim to help you maintain your independence while ensuring you feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.
Our Personal Care services are available to all eligible Home Care Package recipients in South West Sydney. We proudly serve many communities across the region, including Campbelltown, Fairfield, Liverpool, Camden, Bankstown, Wollondilly, Parramatta, Blacktown, Penrith, and surrounding areas.
Our personal care offerings may include:

✔ Grooming support, including hair washing, shaving, and nail clipping

What Does It Cost?
