As an approved My Aged Care provider, FOCUS Connect is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to delivering customised in-home respite care for seniors across South West Sydney. Our flexible respite care services are designed to support and preserve the relationship between carers and clients by offering high-quality relief, allowing regular carers to take a well-deserved break.
Flexible In-Home Respite Care
FOCUS Connect’s Commonwealth Home Support Program offers vital assistance to both carers and those they support throughout South West Sydney, including Campbelltown, Fairfield, Liverpool, Camden, Bankstown, Wollondilly, Parramatta, Blacktown, Penrith, and nearby areas.
We understand that every individual is unique, so we tailor our respite support to meet your specific needs. We also consider the needs of the person being cared for to ensure that the respite is beneficial for both the carer and the recipient.
Flexible respite care is available both during the day and overnight, and can be provided either in your home or within the community.
What Does It Cost?
If you're eligible for CHSP services in your home, you'll need to make a personal contribution. The Australian Government heavily subsidises our Commonwealth Home Support Programme, ensuring your fees remain affordable. Typically, you will contribute around $11 per hour for in-home respite services. Plus, there are no exit fees or hidden charges under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme.
