FOCUS Connect is a not-for-profit charity and an approved My Aged Care provider that offers specialised nursing services under the Home Care Package program to eligible recipients across South West Sydney.
Nursing Services
Our nursing services provide you with professional care in the comfort of your own home. We make sure that your health needs are met with compassion. This service is available to all eligible Home Care Package recipients in South West Sydney, including Campbelltown, Fairfield, Liverpool, Camden, Bankstown, Wollondilly, Parramatta, Blacktown, Penrith, and surrounding areas.
Whether you require wound care, medication assistance, general health assessments, or guidance on managing your health, our team of qualified nurses are always ready to help.
Our services can be customised to meet your specific needs, no matter how unique it is. We are all about providing personalised support that promotes recovery, prevents complications, and helps you manage your health effectively.
