As a not-for-profit charity and approved My Aged Care provider, FOCUS Connect is committed to improving the lives of seniors in Sydney’s Northern Suburbs. Our community transport services, offered under the Home Care Package program, help eligible recipients stay active and engaged in their communities.
Community Transport
Our Community Transport Services are available to eligible Home Care Package recipients in Sydney’s Northern Suburbs. This includes areas such as Ryde, Hornsby, Epping, Pymble, Eastwood, and surrounding communities.
We provide safe and reliable transport to help you stay independent and connected. Whether you need to attend social events, visit loved ones, or participate in local activities, our service makes it easier to get there.
Staying active in the community is important for physical and mental well-being. Our professional and friendly drivers ensure you travel comfortably and safely. Vehicles can also be arranged for individuals with disabilities or those requiring specialised equipment. Your needs are our priority.
We can provide transportation to and from:
