FOCUS Connect
FOCUS Connect (Macarthur Diversity Services Initiative Ltd T/A) has supported the local community for more than 40 years. We are a registered, not-for-profit charity that offers practical help and support services to the disadvantaged and marginalised Multicultural, Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD), and First Nations communities. FOCUS Connect seeks to ensure our organisation and services are relevant and accessible.

Our team is a dynamic blend of full-time, part-time and casual staff, alongside dedicated volunteers, all under the governance of a volunteer Board of Directors. Each team member brings a diverse range of experiences and qualifications, and together, we form a united force. Leveraging our collective life experiences, training and expertise, we are committed to creating positive change for the individuals and families we support.

Our tailored services are for individual requirements, with a focus on supporting families, parents, youth, seniors and their carers.

Tailored Services
Aged Care
and Community
Based on an integrated service delivery system, FOCUS Connect's programs are specifically tailored through the following broad service areas: Community and Aged Care. These services are extended to individuals, carers and families in the Campbelltown Macarthur region and South West Sydney, with aged care services reaching into Northern Sydney. Embracing diversity, valuing individual needs, and fostering meaningful community relationships lie at the heart of our commitment to serving the community.
Aged Care Services
FOCUS Connect supports older individuals in South West Sydney and Northern Sydney through the Commonwealth Home Support Program and Home Care Packages Program, offering essential care to help maintain independence and provide tailored support.
Community Programs
We offer diverse programs in Campbelltown and Macarthur, supporting families and children, fostering strong family bonds, and building community connections. Our goal is to ensure access to essential support and resources, enhancing the quality of life for all, regardless of circumstances or background.
