FOCUS Connect

Supporting the local community for more than 40 years, FOCUS Connect (Macarthur Diversity Services Initiative Ltd T/A) is a registered, not-for-profit charity that offers practical help and support services to the disadvantaged and marginalised. FOCUS Connect seeks to ensure that our organisation and our services are relevant and accessible.

A Collaborative Force for Positive Impact

Our team is a dynamic blend of full-time, part-time and casual staff, alongside dedicated volunteers, all under the governance of a volunteer Board of Directors. Each team member brings a diverse range of experiences and qualifications, and together, we form a united force. Leveraging our collective life experiences, training and expertise, we are committed to creating positive change for the individuals and families we support.

Everyone has their own story. We celebrate and value the different experiences, culture and language of each person in our community. Our strength comes from when we create meaningful connections, encourage engagement and support individuals to live their best lives so they can keep contributing to the community around us. At our core is a focus on getting people the support they need, when they need it. Our tailored services are for individual requirements, with a focus on supporting families, parents, youth, people living with a disability, the aged and carers.

Tailored Services

Aged Care, Community and Disability

Based on an integrated service delivery system, FOCUS Connect's programs are specifically tailored through the following broad service areas: Community, Aged and Disability. These services are extended to individuals, carers and families in the Campbelltown Macarthur region and South West Sydney, with aged care services reaching into Northern Sydney. Embracing diversity, valuing individual needs, and fostering meaningful community relationships lie at the heart of our commitment to serving the community.

Aged Care Services

FOCUS Connect supports older individuals in South West Sydney and Northern Sydney through the Commonwealth Home Support Program and Home Care Packages Program, offering essential care to help maintain independence and provide tailored support.

Community Programs

We offer diverse programs in Campbelltown and Macarthur, supporting families and children, fostering strong family bonds, and building community connections. Disability Support

FOCUS Connect, a registered NDIS provider, delivers personalised support to individuals with disabilities, emphasising enriched community access and individualised services. Our vision is a society where everyone, regardless of abilities, can actively engage and prosper in their community.
