Our Support Coordinators ensure you're connected to the appropriate support you need to achieve your goals.

Assisting you in understanding and implementing funded supports in your NDIS plan, our Support Coordinators:

  • Support you in building your ability to exercise choice and control.

Support Coordination

  • Also known as Coordination of Supports.
  • Assists in building the skills necessary to understand, implement, and use your plan.
  • Helps ensure a mix of supports increases your capacity to maintain relationships, manage service delivery tasks, live independently, and be included in your community.

Specialist Support Coordination

  • Higher-level support coordination for individuals with complex situations.
  • Involves professionals with Allied health or Psychological expertise.
  • Addresses more complex support needs, connecting participants to providers.
