Based in Campbelltown, FOCUS Connect is a not-for-profit organisation providing door-to-door transport services for seniors. We help you stay connected and socialise with friends and your community.
My Aged Care Transport Services
We provide essential transportation support to facilitate participation in community, social, economic, and daily life activities. Our services serve as a vital link between you and your local community.
Who Can Use Our Services?
While anyone can use FOCUS Connect transport services, they are subsidised for My Aged Care (for those over 65) participants.
Accessible Transport Options
We have buses available, including wheelchair-accessible options and specialised equipment for those with mobility issues. These options also ensure that everyone can participate in our group-based activities, including:
- Commonwealth Home Support Programme Multicultural Support Groups
- Various Community Programs and Events
Our transportation services are designed to make it easier for you to stay connected and engaged with your community.

FOCUS Connect is an approved My Aged Care provider for transport services under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme across South West Sydney and Northern Suburbs of Sydney. We also provide Home Care Package recipients across Campbelltown, Macarthur and South West Sydney transport services.
What does Transport Assistance include?
Transport to and from Medical Appointments
With our transport assistance, there’s no need to worry about getting to your medical appointments. We’ll pick you up and drop you off, so you can focus on what’s important – your health.
Assistance with Shopping
Do you need help with shopping trips? Whether it’s carrying groceries or just having someone to push the cart, we’ll be there to lend a helping hand.
Attending Social activities
Getting older shouldn’t prevent you from enjoying life. Our transport options allow you to attend social outings, participate in your local community, stay connected, and have fun.
Vehicles Equipped for Aged Care & Older Australians with Mobility Issues
We can arrange vehicles to suit your needs, including wheelchair-accessible options and specialised equipment for older Australians with mobility issues.
