What You’ll Be Doing

As a Care Coordinator - Rostering, you will be the central point of contact for staff rostering. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Coordination of staff work rosters with client schedules to ensure rostering is logistically sound and meets both staff and client needs
  • Troubleshoot any issues that may arise; alterations, cancellations and absences
  • A key point of contact for, support workers, and management, responding to queries promptly
  • Handle phone calls, emails and communications related to rostering
  • Manage and maintain client management systems including, rostering systems and rostering timesheet systems
  • On-call phone, on-rotation

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone just like you—someone who thinks on their feet, solves problems with ease and pays attention to the little details that make a big difference. If you love organising, staying ahead of challenges, and making a real impact in people’s lives, this role is for you! Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll be the key point of contact for staff and clients. If you have experience in aged care or disability services, that’s a bonus—but most importantly, we want someone who’s committed, proactive, and ready to make a difference.


Essential Criteria

  • High-level administration experience
  • Knowledge of the Aged Care services sector
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with staff, participants and managers to coordinate shifts.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office suite of programs and working knowledge of rostering systems is a bonus.
  • Well-developed capacity to manage the competing demands of a busy environment, work to deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the SCHADS Award essential
  • Cleared National Criminal History Check
