NDIS Disability Services
As a registered NDIS Provider, FOCUS Connect is committed to providing personalised, individually tailored support in Macarthur and South West Sydney regions to people living with a disability, their families and carers.
We offer personalised essential support, guidance, resources and community access to help individuals achieve their goals and aspirations through capacity building, support coordination, social and community participation.
Our dedicated team offers a range of services, including capacity-building skills like domestic assistance, cooking, travel training and budgeting. We focus on social and community participation, providing person-centred activities to enhance independence and promote a positive quality of life.
Community access NDIS programs provide a diverse range of activities tailored to the unique interests and needs of our participants. These activities encompass art and craft classes, sports events, nature excursions and community-based experiences.
Our after-school and school holiday programs are designed to be fun and engaging and a great way for our Participants in Macarthur to have fun while building friendships and developing their social skills.
FOCUS Connect support coordination service assesses individuals goals and collaborates with various service providers to ensure the participants we work alongside receive the most appropriate, effective and comprehensive support possible.
FOCUS Connect takes the stress out of managing the administration of your NDIS funding including paying invoices, keeping records, claiming through the NDIS portal and managing budgets.
